A strategic plan to see a Hunter sports precinct emerge around major sporting venues at Broadmeadow may have stalled. The idea embraces transport links, public space, accommodation and connectivity.
But all may not be lost with the wheels at least in motion for a more considered and co-ordinated long term campaign.
