Cyclist Sam Jenner’s strong start to 20-17 has been rewarded, with the Armidale local signing a deal with the Mitchelton-Scott team for the Continental season.
It’s a development squad for Australia’s World Tour team.
The 19 year old has been in top form this year, winning the Under 23 National road race, and being part of the University of South Australia outfit which won the team classification of the Tour Down Under.
As part of the team, Jenner will gain experience racing in Europe and Asia.
