Teenage Narrabri wicketkeeper Coby Cornish is turning heads after starring performances at this week’s Under 16s State Challenge in Sydney.
He claimed two stumping victims in the first game, while only letting through one bye across all matches.
“This is the first national carnival that these players could get selected for. As part of that, they start to get an eye opener to what it takes to be a professional cricketer.”
