Fire crews have managed to contain a large bushfire, burning at Clagiraba in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
The blaze broke out at Kings Parrott Reserve yesterday morning, coming uncomfortably close to homes.
The situation eased overnight but the fire’s still burning in an inaccessible area inside containment lines.
