The Wollongong Vipers were victorious at the OzTag National Championships in Coffs Harbour – winning more finals than any other club.
Their stand-out teams were the Men’s under 20 side which beat the Sydney Warriors 6-5 and their mixed seniors thrashed the Sydney Wolves 6-1.
The Mid North Coast Sharks made it to the under 45s’ final, but last year’s champions were beaten 2-1 by the Country Bulls from the Central Coast.
140 teams took part in the competition.
Selectors will now choose squads for next year’s Oz Tag World Cup.
