DANNY WILLS COMPETES IN FIRST COMP OF THE YEAR WITH BYRON BOARDRIDERS

Senior Byron Bay Boardriders hit the waves today for the fouth club round.

Around 40 competitors took to the waters off Broken Head, with local legend Danny Wills making his first appearance of the year.

“This is the first comp that I’ve competed in so far this year. We haven’t had many due to COVID so, but it’s beautiful it’s nice, I ragged a few of the old boys to come back in it too so it’s been a great day,” Danny Wills said.

Danny’s episode of the new TV surfing competition series “Rivals” is set to air in the next couple of weeks.
