Two access roads to Ourimbah State Forest at Palmdale have been closed, due to ongoing problems with illegal dumping, burnt-out cars and road damage.
Large rocks have been placed on Wallaby Road and Middle Ridge Road.
The state’s Forestry Corporation says barriers will be installed on Friday.
The public can still access the forest along Red Hill Road off Yarramalong Road, or through Jilliby State Conservation.
