Dairy farmers on the north coast are being invited to apply for federal government grants to increase their energy efficiency.
The Member for Page, Kevin Hogan, says farmers can receive up to $20,000 to reduce energy costs associated with running their business.
He says electricity costs are one of the highest overheads in the dairy industry.
Dairy farmers have until August 17 to file an application.
