The driver of a van has died when his vehicle collided with a truck on the Gold Coast overnight.
Police say the accident occurred on Darlington Drive in Yatala, around 7.10pm.
The force of the impact caused the van to leave the road, crashing through a fence and into trees.
The driver of the van, a 33-year-old man, was pronounced deceased shortly after.
