CALLS FOR RESTRICTIONS ON POKIE OPERATING HOURS AFTER $1-BILLION SAVING

The pandemic has exposed the extent of problem gambling in New South Wales – with revelations poker machine players have saved more than $1-billion due to the shutdown.

There are now calls for Premier Gladys Berejiklian to introduce restrictions on pokie operating hours, as pubs and clubs gear up to reopen gaming areas.
