MidCoast Council’s move to the old masters site on Biripi Way at Taree is one step closer to reality, the development application open for community comment until early December.
The council project will centralise staff under the one roof, after being amalgamated in 2016.
The application details the fit-out of the site, including a customer service centre, council chambers, offices and a cafe.
A decision on the application will be made by Hunter and Central Coast Regional Planning.
