What a joke. I wish these guys would give up and let the parkland get created for the Ballina Community.
The lake is being loved to death. The spokesman against road closure (eastern road only) is not telling the truth. Closure will not deny access to disabled and old persons – actually the opposite. It will remove dangers to pedestrians, young, old, disables and others that are now present with cars in that very narrow space. Road closure supporters are selfish, short sighted and do not value this area to be shared safely. Get real people.
