Another parcel of harbourside land is up for sale in Newcastle’s Honeysuckle precinct.
The site at 35 Honeysuckle Drive, opposite the Hunter Water building, is earmarked for up to 90 apartments, retail and commercial space.
The Hunter Development Corporation is seeking expressions of interest in site and will undertake work on a public prominade between the development and the harbour.
