A man in his 20s has been flown to hospital, following a motocross accident on the Mid North Coast.
The 23-year-old suffered back and rib injuries in a fall at The Island Motocross Track near Nerong.
The injured man was taken to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
