Westside Petroleum is facing legal action by the for underpaying more than 20 of its employees.
The company which owns petrol stations, and three of its management staff are facing charges with underpaying employees from stations across regional New South Wales, including Glen Innes, Somerton and Gurley.
Employees have since been back-paid in full.
The company will face Sydney’s Federal Circuit Court in April.
