A young woman has died in a horror three car smash west of Coffs Harbour.
Emergency services were called to Armidale Road at Nymboida at around 8:30 on Saturday morning, after reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
The driver of one of the cars died at the scene.
Investigations are now underway to determine what caused the crash.
