Residents have welcomed Kempsey Shire Council’s decision NOT to extend its agreement with the Aviation College.
The college, which operates out of Kempsey Airport, breached its current Conditions of Use agreement three times in recent months, by hosting flight training activities on public holidays.
Council will begin charging the Aviation College FULL fees for the use of the airport from June 30.
The college declined to comment on this story.
