A Tallai tenant accused of transforming his rental home into a drug den, has been committed to stand trial.
46-year-old Greggory Vanecek and his two house-mates allegedly grew up to $100,000 worth of cannabis at their property just off ‘The Panorama’ – metres from some of the city’s most exclusive homes.
Vanecek claims he knew nothing about the drugs, despite police uncovering a large hydroponic set-up last July.
“Can you tell us anything about Cannabis plants being found in your house? No comment!”
All three men are facing charges for drug production and possession, and stealing electricity.
