Plans have been approved for a multi-million dollar shopping complex at the so-called ‘hole in the ground site’ in Port Macquarie’s CBD.
The vacant land on the corner of William and Murray Streets will be transformed into a multi-storey commercial and retail space, with two levels of basement parking and additional parking on the rooftop.
Port Macquarie Hastings Council bought the land for almost $4-million 14 years ago.
