A 57-year-old man is recovering in hospital, after crashing a bike on a rural property in the state’s north.
Emergency services were called to a property at Afterlee near Kyogle, late on Sunday afternoon, where they found a man suffering a serious head injury.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics, before being flown to Gold Coast University Hospital.
