A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the indecent assault of a 19-year-old woman in Armidale last Sunday.
She was walking through bush land between Butler and O’Dell Streets, when the boy allegedly attacked her from behind.
The 13-year-old was arrested by detectives this morning and refused bail in Armidale Childrens Court.
He was also charged today for a similar incident last month.
