British police say the man responsible for mowing down pedestrians and stabbing a policeman in Westminster was 52-year-old Khalid Masood, who was born in Kent in southeast England.
It comes as the fourth innocent victim is confirmed with the death of a 75-year-old man. It brings the death toll to five, including Masood.
