MAN BULLDOZES HOUSE IN TERALBA

A man is in custody after a house and three cars were destroyed by a bulldozer at Teralba at Lake Macquarie this morning.

At 7:10am, a D9 Daracon bulldozer was allegedly stolen from a nearby mine and driven to a house in Teralba.

A woman and her two teenage daughters were at home at the time but are safe.

The woman’s husband was away at the time.

A 47-year-old man has been arrested and is being questioned by police.

UPDATE 13:38pm: Police reveal woman had restraining order against the man who demolished her home.
