Former Knight’s owner, Nathan Tinkler, has offered to pay his creditors just a fraction of what he owes them.
The ex-mining billionaire is bankrupt – owing more than 537 million dollars.
His proposal – to pay back just one million dollars – equates to zero-point-two cents in the dollar.
