A mother and daughter who were killed after their car collided with a truck near Kempsey last week have been honoured at an emotional service in Lismore today.
More than 300 people gathered to remember 12 year old Darcie Storer and her mother Niki Taylor.
Darcie, who loved music and art, was in year six at Lismore Heights Primary School.
While her mother Niki worked for Nortec, and was heavily involved in local netball, having once played for Australia herself.
Darcie’s father Andrew, and sister Rose, survived the crash.
