Two drivers were lucky to escape injury this morning following a car crash in Tamworth, which saw a silver Nissan forced onto its side before smashing into a light post.
About 10:30 emergency services were called to the corner of Kent Street and Goonoo Goonoo Road following reports of a crash.
Police say a white ute side swiped the silver Nissan, which was carrying a boat on its roof.
Both drivers were unharmed.
