Supporters of action on climate change are planning a rally at the Coffs Harbour jetty foreshores this Sunday morning.
Organisers say they’re hoping for a strong showing of concerned locals to demonstrate that many Australians want real action on climate change.
They say they want the rally to be a family friendly event and are urging participants to wear bright colours and bring banners and signs to get the message out.
The rally will be one of many being held around Australia and overseas this weekend on the eve of the UN climate summit in New York.
