A search is underway for 130 merino sheep, believed to be stolen from a property at Warialda.
The ewes are aged between two and six-years-old, and most were pregnant.
They have earmarks, but no identification tags.
Police are urging all landholders to tighten security and report suspicious activity to prevent livestock crimes.
