KINGSCLIFF PHOTOGRAPHIC FINALIST IN MORAN PRIZE

A Kingscliff based photographer, who uses a 160 year old process to create his work, has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Moran Photographic Prize.
Craig Tuffin’s wet plate exhibition opened this week, showcasing work from his collection titled “As Faulty as We Are”

Congratulations Craig. Well done. Spare a thought for the left hand side of the continent, which only cracked 1 spot in 152 semifinalists in the Moran Portrait Prize. (And a big zero again in this year’s Archibald). I’d love to hear some theories why year after year after year WA fails to penetrate the radar.
