Tamworth’s Boulevard of Dreams has been the starting point for the likes of Keith Urban and Lee Kernaghan at the Country Music Festival.
Now, the call is being put out to the next generation of stars, with entries open for the 2019 Busking Championships.
Each year, around 400 buskers line Peel Street performing to thousands of visitors for the 10 day festival.
Of them, just ten will be selected for the Best of Buskers concert at the end of the festival – vying to win their share of $5,000 in prizes.
