KIDS WORST NIGHTMARES BECOME TASTY

Three Coffs Harbour chefs today took on the challenge of getting young kids to gobble up their greens.
As part of Healthy Kids Week, foods that usually get left under the table, or have never been tried, were being crafted into mouth watering dishes.
“Basically went around this morning and picked anything they either hate or have never tried before and that’s what we’re cooking with,” said Joel McCulla from Zulu’s.
“We’re doing some fresh pasta here just egg and flour, and then I’m going to do rocket pesto with broccoli and fresh pasta,” said Stefano mezzina from Fiasco’s.
