Member for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams has been formally re-endorsed for a third term as the New South Wales candidate for the 20-19 state election.
The M-P ran unopposed and was unanimously preselected at the National Party meeting at the weekend.
Over the past seven-and-a-half years, more than $1-billion in state government funding has been secured for the electorate.
Mrs Williams acknowledges there’s more work to be done and says she will remain committed to ensuring the people of the electorate continue to get a fair share of funding.
That promise only achievable if the Liberals/Nationals government is re-elected in March next year.
