A woman has been charged over a fatal crash at Rainbow Flat in August.
The 18-year-old is facing charges of dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving.
The head-on collision, two kilometres south of the Lakes Way killed a 69-year-old man.
The woman will appear at Forster Local Court in March.
