Clarence Valley drivers are being warned council rangers will enforce parking restrictions from Tuesday, imposing fines on those who ignore the regulations.
The blitz follows the issuing of 97 warnings last week, to drivers who would’ve paid over $10,000 in fines had a seven day amnesty not been in place.
It comes after complaints from business owners that customers had problems getting parking spaces.
Council says the worst areas for parking violations are in the Grafton CBD and at Yamba.
