If you’ve still got unregistered firearms, you’re being given a second chance.
People are once again being given the opportunity to legally dispose of or register illegal guns without penalty, as part of a state-wide firearms amnesty.
It follows the success of last year’s campaign, which saw more that a thousand items surrendered around the New England North West.
The community will have until the end of September to hand in their weapons.
