Tamworth commuters are set for delays, as works on one of the town’s busiest intersections progress to the next stage.
From tomorrow, drivers will be unable to turn right from Marius Street into Fitzroy Street.
New parking lanes will also mean one lane in each direction will be closed.
Once completed, the intersection will be home to a new set of traffic lights as part of a strategy to improve pedestrian safety in the area.
