A disqualified driver has allegedly been caught driving almost 60km/h over the speed limit in the Hunter Valley.
At around 9 o’clock on Thursday night, officers spotted a Mazda 3, allegedly travelling at 158km/h in a 100km/h zone, on the New England Highway at Belford.
The 22-year-old driver was issued an infringement notice, and charged with drive whilst disqualified 2nd offence.
She will face court in June.
