New Crown land management provisions are set to benefit graziers in the Western Division of New South Wales.
Following a recent announcement, eligible graziers can now apply to convert their leases to freehold, with the new provisions allowing greater flexibility for leaseholders and more diversity to land uses.
Eligible leaseholders can apply to the Department of Industry – Lands and Water, to purchase their leases, bringing the legislation for the Western Division in line with other parts of New South Wales.
