Bendemeer will move to level two water restrictions from Saturday.
It follows the flow of the MacDonald River falling to less than one-megalitre per day.
Under level two restrictions, residents are only allowed to use hand-held sprays for two hours, between 6pm and 8am.
This week’s rain has been described as too little, too late, with Bendemeer receiving just six millimetres.
