A 46-year-old man arrested in Tamworth yesterday has been charged with 16 child sex abuse and indecent assault offences.
Child Abuse Squad detectives allege the incidents took place in the Blue Mountains between 2003 and 2008.
The female victim was five years old at the time of the first offence.
