An Armidale licensee has been arrested after allegedly providing fraudulent information in an application to obtain a liquor licence.
It’s alleged the 39-year-old man submitted the application to New England police in April.
Police say a number of alcohol-related incidents have occurred at the Beardy Street premises since the licence was granted.
The man’s been charged with dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception.
He’ll appear in Armidale Local Court in January.
