Nationals announce $100M election promise to attract more regional GPs

The Nationals have pledged an additional 100 million dollars to upgrading medical training facilities in regional areas – a move it’s hoped will boost GP numbers.

The Rural Doctors Association supports the move – saying more rural-specific initiatives are needed to fix the health care crisis.
