An 80-year-old man has died after crashing his car at Lake Macquarie last night.
It’s understood he suffered a medical episode, just before his vehicle crossed an intersection at Cardiff… slamming into the fence of the bowling club.
Patrons alerted emergency services, but paramedics were unable to revive him.
