Fast food fans were only too happy to celebrate McHappy Day today and help raise some much needed funds Tamworth’s Ronald McDonald House.
“Ronald McDonald House Tamworth is vital to families from across our region it provides a home away from home for families when they’ve got seriously ill children in the Tamworth Base Hospital while receiving treatment so they could come in for weeks on end and call Ronald McDonald House home”
The Tamworth House will has just opened a fifth bedroom to cater for demand.
The charity is currently developing plans to open family rooms in the kids wards at Tamworth and Armidale Hospitals.
