Tamworth Mayor Col Murray will once again travel to China – his sixth trip to the nation.
In March next year a group from the Namoi Joint Organisation of Councils will head overseas to showcase the region to potential Chinese investors.
Mr Murray was elected as Tamworth’s representative at last night’s council meeting.
The trip will cost $4000, which will be paid for by the joint organisation.
