The Australian Rail Track Corporation will spend $100,000 installing, extra security lights in the Moree Railway Precinct.
The area is a hotspot for vandalism and anti-social behaviour, with several rock throwing incidents reported to police.
22 solar powered lights will be placed along the Moree Bypass.
It’s hoped the lights will increase the safety of train drivers.
