The Hunter’s world-famous student band, The Marching Koalas, will once again represent Australia at the Pasadena Rose Parade in California.
The parade’s president was in Newcastle today, to meet with the young musicians.
“The marching koala are one of four international bands, we have Canada, Panama, Japan and Newcastle is going to be represented.”
The parade takes place on New Year’s Day.
