Moree Rugby 7s player Claudia Bell and Warialda local Rhiannon Byers have impressed state selectors.
Announced as part of the initial New South Wales open women’s team to contest next month’s National Championships.
It follows their performance at several competitions, including the state championships and Central Coast Sevens.
Pirates players Miah O’Sullivan and Phoebe McLoughlin were also named in the under 17 squad.
