An elaborate hydroponic set-up has been discovered in commercial premises in Newcastle West.
Police executed a search warrant on the Steel Street address at around 2 this morning.
No one was at the property at the time, but police allege they located a large number of cannabis plants and the hydroponic set-up inside.
