A Hamilton man been named Lifeline’s Hunter Brass Bloke for 2017.
74-year-old Charles Webster founded local charity Chuck Duck.
For two decades it’s been helping disadvantaged children through a range of initiatives such as installing therapy bird aviaries and providing free breakfasts.
The award recognises an unsung hero who has faced challenges, but still managed to give back to the community.
